I get asked all the time — at the farm store, at the market, and in our inbox — what we actually have available. With weekend store hours, farmers markets, and seasonal specials, it might seem like we only have food now and then. But we raise grass-fed beef, forest-raised pork, pasture-raised chicken, and eggs on our farm year-round. Here’s what you can count on finding through the seasons.
From Our Farm Store
Stop by the farm store and you'll also find fresh-baked sourdough bread and raw milk alongside the meat and eggs — good reason on its own to make the drive out to McClellanville.
Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef
Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished on regenerative pasture right here in McClellanville — no grain, no imports, no shortcuts. Pick up individual cuts like ground beef, ribeye, sirloin, and roasts, or stock your freezer with a quarter (100 lbs), half (200 lbs), or whole (400 lbs) beef share. Compared with buying the same cuts one at a time, you can save up to 10% on a quarter, 15% on a half, or 20% on a whole.
What's Available:
Ground beef, ribeye & sirloin steaks, roasts, quarter/half/whole beef shares

Forest-Raised Pork
Our pigs are raised in wooded, forested pasture where they can root, forage, and live the way pigs are meant to — which makes for better-tasting pork and a lot more animal welfare than you'll find in a conventional barn. Chops, bacon, ground pork and sausage, and roasts are usually all in stock.
What's Available:
Chops, bacon, ground pork/sausage, roasts
Pasture-Raised Chicken
Our chickens live outside on open pasture, which makes for cleaner, better-tasting meat than anything raised in a conventional barn. Whole birds, breasts, thighs, legs, and wings are available at the farm store and through online ordering.
What's Available:
Whole birds, breasts, thighs & legs, wings

Soy-Free, Corn-Free
Pasture-Raised Eggs
Our laying hens are raised on a soy-free, corn-free diet, for rich, golden-yolked eggs with real flavor. Available by the dozen, both at the farm store and online.
What's Available:
Soy-free, corn-free diet — by the dozen, farm store & online
More From the Farm Store
That's just the core lineup. While you're here, you'll also find seasonal produce, raw honey we carry from a local Edisto Island beekeeper, house-made bone broth, tallow, and lard (nothing goes to waste), gift cards, and even raw pet food for the four-legged members of the family.

Why Go Local, Year-Round
When you buy from us, you know exactly how your food was raised and who raised it — not just once a year for a holiday, but every week. If you want to go deeper on why we farm this way, I wrote more about it in “Why Locally-Sourced Food Matters.”
